I love food. Like probably too much. But slowly and surely, I am learning more about what I am putting into my body. My husband and I both want to live a healthy lifestyle especially for our child on the way!
For me, cutting out meat is easy. It's dairy that is hard! With that said, I am slowly cutting it out. I don't do well with going cold turkey but I have definitely already cut down and will continue to. I'm excited! What is your food lifestyle?
