Super Quick & Easy 3-ingredient Veggie Bowl + Tacos

I love cooking. I love creating new things but I am terrible at documenting them and sharing them with the world. Which is completely okay with me since my family can enjoy them still. This morning, I have been enjoying the beautiful 80 degrees day outside renovating + painting furniture! I worked up an appetite so I ran inside to whip up a delicious lunch. I was feeling creative so I looked in the fridge for something quick. And this was created... (and I love it!)

what you need:
3 ears of corn or 1 can  
1 can black beans
1/2 can salsa
1. Place your skillet on the stove on medium heat and add your ingredients. Add spices to taste. Let your ingredients warm up on medium heat for ten minutes then bring down to low heat.

2.  Next, I added a handful of cheese but if you're looking for a healthy meal, I would leave the cheese out (it's still delish!)
3. Dish your yummy veggie in a bowl and enjoy! You can even add them to a couple tortillas.
I also chopped up an avocado because I am the biggest fan of avocado there ever will be and added it to my soft tacos! Talk about amazing!
This makes six small tacos or two heaping veggie bowls!
