Currently - Volume 1

How is it already March?! Although I'm sad that February is over, I'm super ready for Spring to hit! I'm at my happiest when it's 65 and blue skies everyday! This morning, I'm linking up with Jenna from Dearest Love & Anne from In Residence for another installment of Currently! I'm pretty sure this is my first Currently of 2015 so I'm starting over fresh!

Currently, I am...

Dreaming - of a cute DIY wooden headboard in a new home. My husband and I have been toying with the idea of buying a new home with more land (for our pup and future kids) and a more spacious kitchen (that doesn't need explaining). We haven't made the time to get our master bedroom decorated how we like it so why not just wait until we buy a new home and then go all in? We are planning on creating a dark wooden headboard. Any suggestions?

Planning - time to chill out. We have been nonstop traveling lately and after this weekend, we won't have any big traveling plans again until June (knock on wood). In February, we traveled to the Bahamas and to New York City. I'm so looking forward to chilling out on the weekends with my hubby and hopefully firing up the grill soon... come quickly, Spring!!

Making - lots of smoothies since we are on our Whole30 diet. In a few days, I'll be reviewing how our first week went. I'm so proud of my husband who went out of town for work last night and at a big dinner, he didn't cheat at all! He is awesome. Me on the other hand, I almost scream every time I see sugar of any kind. I just want all the chocolate. Actually, I just want creamer in my coffee!! Sorry, rant over.

Baking - of course, nothing since we are doing the Whole30. Although when April arrives, I will be baking a Snickerdoodle Cheesecake that my mom sent me a pic of on my first day of the diet. (thanks, mom)

Watching - About two weeks ago, we finished The Office for the first time ever! And I cried like three times. Who knew that show could be so emotional?! We started the show over right after we finished it. Dunder Mifflin, all the way. I also started watching Psych again which I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Netflix show. The Office on the other hand, I just couldn't recommend because it can be raunchy at times. Blame Michael Scott.

What are you currently up to?
